A customer feedback survey can also be completed upon delivery.
The SensorTransport White Glove app features make it easy for drivers to complete complicated deliveries.  For example, residential deliveries that require light installation or non-dock commercial deliveries. SensorTransport customers who deploy the White Glove solution are targeting the fast-growing and lucrative residential and white glove delivery market.

You can order a TV on Amazon and have it delivered to your doorstep in days. But, the market is demanding better quality control for these deliveries. Using the SensorTransport White Glove solution, our customers have complete control of this residential delivery moment.  The App ensures the driver completes each step in the delivery process from digitized proof of delivery to asking the customer if they are happy with the service.
